Hi guys, my name is Chandice and I love a few things: my faith, family, fun and FOOD! I am the proud wife to my best friend, Josh, and mother to our three little cuties. I recently had the honor of co-authoring Gluten Free on a Budget, a cookbook filled with 100+ vibrantly photographed recipes that my mom and I developed. With three little ones, everyday is an adventure and it’s so true when they say that the days are long but the years are short. While life is far from perfect, I feel blessed to have been given the life that I have. Here, I hope to share with all of you a bit more about my happily ever after moments as well as help you create some of your own…
A bit more about me. In 2010 I founded the Celiac Disease Foundation Arizona East Valley Chapter where I served as President for four years before moving to Utah. I am so excited to hold a Bachelors of Science degree in exercise and health wellness from Arizona State University and have graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors (something neither I nor my parents would have ever dreamed of in high school 😉 ). I am honored to be a regular writer for Delight Gluten Free Magazine as well as a SheKnows.com Expert Among Us writer. In addition, I am a regular party stylist for Hostess with the Mostess. I have had the great joy of being featured on ABC 15 Sonoran Living, Channel 12 Arizona Midday and in print publications, Women’s World, Deseret News, The Arcadian Journal and Total Kid Magazine. While living in Arizona, I was a contributor on Channel 3 Your Life A to Z in Arizona regularly showing everything from party planning and packing cute bento box lunches to last minute Valentines ideas and the perfect holiday gifts for your gluten-free friends. I now contribute to Good Things Utah as often as my schedule allows.
In addition to my above professions, I truly consider my role as a wife, mother and everyday cook to my family to be of greatest value.
