This is a great kids favorite recipe. I remember growing up. I want my kids and yours to have that same opportunity so here it is gluten-free! The picture doesn’t show this but top the casserole off with tater tots also for a crispy top that is delicious! Thanks to my sister Tera for this recipe, we love her contributions!
1 box of condensed gluten-free Cream of Chicken Soup (we like Pacific brand)
1/2 c. milk if needed to thin out soup
1 c. fresh or frozen peas
1 c. fresh or frozen corn
1 lb. Organic ground hamburger
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Real Salt and black pepper to taste
Cook hamburger until browned. In 9 x 12 pan combine soup mixture, milk, seasonings, peas, beef, 1/4 c. of cheese and 1/3 of the tator tots. Top with more tater tots and remaining cheese then bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour.
