Grandma Donna’s Tater Tot Casserole


This is a great kids favorite recipe. I remember growing up. I want my kids and yours to have that same opportunity so here it is gluten-free! 🙂 The picture doesn’t show this but top the casserole off with tater tots also for a crispy top that is delicious! Thanks to my sister Tera for this recipe, we love her contributions!


1 box of condensed gluten-free Cream of Chicken Soup (we like Pacific brand)

1/2 c. milk if needed to thin out soup

1 c. fresh or frozen peas

1 c. fresh or frozen corn

1 lb. Organic ground hamburger

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1 bag Cascadian Farms gluten-free tater tots or another brand you like

Real Salt and black pepper to taste

Cook hamburger until browned. In 9 x 12 pan combine soup mixture, milk, seasonings, peas, beef, 1/4 c. of cheese and 1/3 of the tator tots. Top with more tater tots and remaining cheese then bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour. 



  1. This recipe looks so good! Finding great recipes since going gluten free has been challenging so thanks for the tips.This looks like a recipe even my husband will eat.
