When you find some really good products, you just KNOW that they will always be staples in your house from that time forward. This is exactly how Sweet Leaf Stevia is for us. I was first introduced to the line from my mom who got it from Real Foods Market in Utah. On our summer family trips to Lake Powell she would always make big batches of Sweet Leaf Lemon Stevia sweetened lemonade and couldn’t keep up with how much people wanted to drink! From the moment I knew this was a company I needed to learn more about.
Not all stevia is created equal. Sweet Leaf Stevia brand was created by James May and was the first of it’s kind in the US. Sweet Leaf Stevia does not use chemicals, alcohols, solvents or enzymes at any stage of the extraction and purification process.
I have been so impressed with the quality and care that goes into making this line of products. I love that I can enjoy sweets without the worry of added sugar and calories. This stevia has literally transformed my baking experiences in the kitchen and opened up so many doors for me again even while trying to maintain a clean eating regimen to lose extra weight. In our house we use stevia in everything from gluten-free oats at breakfast to home made sodas and even our savory dinner dishes that require a bit of sweetness.
Sweet Leaf Stevia comes in so many flavors, your mind will run with ideas! We personally tried and loved the cola, coconut (my favorite!), hazelnut, cinnamon, watermelon, vanilla cream and English Toffee.
