Gluten-Free Mini Donuts From Pancake Mix


Ingredients for Donut Batter:

1 1/2 c. plus 2 T. Gluten-free pancake mix of your choice

2 eggs

1/4 cup Oil

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 Tbsp Vinegar

1 cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp butter melted

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Ingredients for Glaze:

1/4 cup butter

1 1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 Tbsp. sweetened condensed milk


Mix all of the ingredients for the donut batter together with a mixer. Once mixed thoroughly place donuts in donut maker as your maker instructs and bake! We used a mini donut maker and made close to two dozen donuts with this! Enjoy!

Glaze directions:

Melt butter in sauce pan, then add the sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar. Let summer until it becomes desired consistency, semi thick and sticky. Let cool a few minutes. You can either drizzle over donuts {once they are cooled} or dunk them. It’s your preference. Let cool for a few hours to allow Glaze to become less sticky. {but either way is enjoyable!}
