Wow! My family and I were SO impressed with the gluten-free crusts and flatbreads offered by Venice Bakery. These had to be one of the tastiest gluten-free pizza crusts I had tried to date (and I have tried many as a pizza addict ;). We were impressed with way they cooked up nice and crispy while also still being easy to chew and full of flavor just like you want pizza crust to be. To tell you how good they were, they could be baked up, topped with just a touch of cheese and enjoyed with nothing else on them! Many gluten-free pizza crusts are only good with gobs of toppings and sauce but not Venice Bakery crusts. They are great crusts so don’t need to be masked with toppings. However, they are fantastic topped with your favorite marinara, cheese and toppings as well.

IMG_7817The crusts come in original or seasoned (which we enjoyed best) and in 12″ or 5″ mini sizes. We loved making the mini size into mummy pizzas this Halloween. The kids thought it was great and I loved that I could provide them with a delicious, safe and fun gluten-free lunch. They are super easy, just spread with your favorite pizza sauce and top place diagonal strips of mozzarella over each other making a mummy. Add two sliced olives for eyes and you’ve got a spooky pizza! We featured this pizza on our Halloween 3TV Your Life A to Z segment below.
