25 Days of Gluten-Free Giveaways™ BONUS Giveaway: Luce’s Gluten-Free Bread

Since I am not a huge bread person I was surprised by how well I enjoyed Luce’s Gluten-Free Bread. First of all, it was very easy to prepare which I greatly appreciated. I enjoy cooking so much and throwing ingredients together to create very tasty dishes but being as exact as you have to be to create a great bread, let alone gluten-free bread, from scratch just doesn’t sound enticing to me. Luce’s is wonderful because everything you need is included in the bag and it is so easy to follow the instructions and put it all together perfectly. Really, you only need to add water…easy peasy!

The end product was one of my favorite kinds of bread, a true artisan bread with a crispy crust and a soft, chewy center. It was the perfect bread for dipping in soup, especially cream soups like a homemade gluten-free clam chowder. The bread is very filling and hearty so it last us a dinner and a little for leftovers as well. The leftovers made delicious sandwiches.

Luce’s Gluten-Free Breads come in many different flavors including:

  • Bold Buckwheat Premium
  • Classic Sourdough
  • New Italian
  • OMG Flatbread
  • Winter Spice

This truly is a great company with easy bread to make that everyone will enjoy, whether gluten-free or not. So are you ready to win some Luce’s Gluten-Free Bread  all for yourself?! Enter below…
