I LOVE Hilary’s Eat Well vegetarian bites! I didn’t know what I would think of them but I was impressed with the flavor of these delicious little morsels. They were nice on a when we were in need of a quick lunch since they can go from freezer to hot and ready in a matter of minutes. When you are in need of a quick meal but still want to have healthy ingredients, Hilary’s Eat Well veggie bites are great! My boys dipped them in natural ketchup and I served them over fresh arugula which made for a family win-win lunch!

These are certified vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO and are made with delicious and wholesome ingredients like millet, quinoa, coconut oil, spinach, onion, garlic, sweet potato and the best ingredient of all…Real Salt!! I LOVE that they use Real Salt as it is my favorite product ever and the only salt we use in our home. It gives the nuggets a great flavor without the added chemicals of traditional table salt.   13. I would use the veggie bites in a falafel style pita sandwich…top them with cucumber sauce, lettuce, purple onion and diced cukes! YUM!

    This is not the most creative usage, but I would probably have them by themselves or with a nice dip, such as ranch dressing.

    These veggie bites sound like a great healthy lunch alternative to leave in the freezer at work for those times when I forgot my lunch or was just to lazy to pack one the night before. Much better then running out to some fast food that has minimal GF options anyway.
