These are a few of my favorite things…and now YOU can win them!!

Mina’s Gluten-Free: Chocolate cake is so delicious! It was moist, full of rich chocolate flavor and was so great that it could please any crowd whether gluten-free or not. We served it with a rich chocolate frosting for a “death by chocolate” kind of cake and it was wonderful! The all-purpose flour mix was great for creating soup roux, adding to recipes that called for a bit of all-purpose flour and for breading chicken before deep frying it. This is a great, gluten-free all-purpose flour that is very versatile and easy to use.

My children are very familiar with various brands of bread. Coming from a family with a strict gluten-free lifestyle and MULTIPLE allergies, they have tried every brand available to us. I felt a burst of happy mom joy when I saw Mina’swas friendly to not just those who are gluten-free but those dealing with other allergies as well. Years ago, I gave up on trying to find a bread that I felt like worked for our particular situation and that had an acceptable taste. I resorted to making 2 loaves a week and eventually changed the way we ate to where I could get away with making only 1-2 loaves a month, kept in the freezer and only pulling it out when necessary. If only I had found Mina’ssooner, perhaps my days could have been easier!  I followed the instructions carefully, since bread can be fickle.  Not only were the instructions super simple, but much to my amazement  after an hour and a half, I found a loaf of bread that looked bubbly and beautifully raised, double the size! This bread did not brown up the way I expected it to and was a bit more crumbly then I prefer, but once cooked it had an almost sour dough like flavor- which I LOVED! I miss my sandwiches with sourdough bread, avocado, tomatoes, pastrami, salt and pepper, pepper-jack cheese and mayo. With this bread I could have my sandwich again. YUM, the kitchen is calling me…..telling me to come make a good sandwich….ANYWAY-

The night after making this bread my #GFkids and I made french toast for dinner (you eat breakfast for dinner once a week too…..right?) it was amazing! No leftovers. The sweet flavors of egg, vanilla, and syrup were perfect with this bread. I would recommend trying Mina’s for those living gluten-free and especially those with multiple allergies.

I have written about Gluten Free Labels before but to remind you, they rock!! I love how adorable they look in my kitchen but even better is that are so great at helping me advocate for myself and my family who live gluten-free. Having these tags on our lunchboxes and other products really help others stop and think about how serious gluten-free living is for us. I love taking the little picks and sticking them in my gluten-free dishes when we are at a potluck or at a BBQ. Add a tag or sticker to the serving spoon and people really have no excuse to cross-contaminate my dish.

I have featured Gluten Free Labels on many of my monthly TV segments because I truly believe in them. I think they are fantastic products available at a very reasonable price. Kelly, the Founder, is an amazing woman and mother living with celiac disease. She truly understands our needs and concerns. I know without a doubt that she genuinely cares for our community and wants to help make dining easier with these great products.

So are you ready to win Mina’s Gluten-Free products and Gluten Free Labels all for yourself?! Enter below…

I’d love to have gluten free labels, as I am often at social gatherings and would like a classy way to highlight the fact that my dishes are gf safe. I’ve been at events where there was gf food for guests, but the food wasn’t marked, so it got eaten before those who NEEDED it got to it. These labels would be a fantastic solution to the problem.

  30. I have digestion issues… I am allergic to fructose (all fruit sugars) and corn. This limits my diet. Now that I have also tried to give up items with gluten… I am losing weight and feeling great. So although not all products that are gluten free are “available” to me with these allergies – I sure would like to make them for my family — and if possible use them myself — so I’d love to win!
