Goldbaum’s offers a wide variety of gluten-free products ranging from pasta and chow mein noodles to now flatbread and quinoa crisp snacks. Goldbaum’s has always been famous for their gluten-free ice cream cones but they are now quickly on their way to gluten-free stardom with their new items.

Flatbread Crisps- These come in 4 great flavors: nutty sesame, french onion, just salt and roasted garlic. The are nice and crisp making them a great accompaniment to cheese, meats and even sliced veggies. They are also quite large in the shape of a rectangle so could easily be made into cracker sandwiches for a quick lunch. We served them with our cheeseball on Thanksgiving and they went very well with it.

Quinoa Crisps- If your looking for a healthier chip that is made from something other than just potato, then you have found your snack with these. They come in BBQ, sea salt and onion & garlic. They are flavorful and crispy and are nice on their own or with a chip dip.

Pop Potato Chips- These airy potato chips are nice because they contain less calories and aren’t as greasy as traditional potato chips however, they are still full of flavor. My boys especially loved this snack.

Goldbaums Pastas are excellent for any gluten-free noodle dish. I love that there are only a couple ingredients in them including brown rice and water. They are easy to make and turn out great. We use these noodles a lot in our house, especially for our favorite family spaghetti recipe.

    I’d make ice cream cone cupcakes! Fill cones with (gluten free) cupcake batter and bake (standing up the cone in a muffin tin) as usual! They’re great.
