Rudi’s has a great line of gluten-free products. I enjoy their tortillas and stuffing especially. I recently enjoyed developing a fall recipe using the stuffing. I decided on stuffing “cupcake” with piped mashed potato “frosting”. Check out the recipe HERE.

Soft, roll-able gluten free tortillas? What, that actually exists?! You bet it does! With Rudi’s Gluten Free you can now enjoy a classic tortilla, gluten free. Not only do they have one amazing flavor, but three! These delicious tortillas come in plain, fiesta and spinach. The Fiesta flavor was perfect for tacos and burritos as it had a zesty Mexican flavor. Spinach was a lovely accompaniment to any sandwich wrap and the plain flavor was an excellent canvas for all the sweet treats you can imagine! I spread PB and Jam on mine and cut it into little dessert pizza triangles. A little powdered sugar on top would have been nice if I wasn’t on P90X. Speaking of, this is a great P90X food, healthy and delicious!

Other gluten-free products made by Rudi’s Gluten-Free include pizza crust, breads in multiple flavors, buns & rolls and new cherry almond bars which I haven’t tried yet but am looking forward too.     Rudi’s makes the best grilled cheese sandwich. I am really thankful for the bread products. There are many things I have not tried because I can not find them in Alaska but as soon as I see a new product I always grab them and never am disappointed. thank you.

    Rudi’s cinnamon raisin bread, toasted with cream cheese is so so yummy! One of my favorite quick go to breakfasts lately. I would also love to try the fiesta tortillas and make up some yummy GF tacos. Because, come on who doesn’t love a good taco?!!
