My belly just seems to be happier overall.

This bread is great with sweet jam or peanut butter as well as served in more of a savory fashion with turkey, lettuce and pickles. I use the bread as a base for many different types of sandwiches. Most recently, I enjoyed a grilled onion and quinoa burger sandwich which was fantastic! The options really are endless.   8. Tuna Melt made healthier! Healthy bread, tuna, nice sharp cheddar, tomato, cooked in a little coconut oil. Yum!

    I love my toast. Also love to make a whole in the middle and put an egg in it. ( I save the middle I cut out to make bread crumbs). Might try some french toast even. The options are endless.

    I so miss my grilled cheese sandwiches. But sometimes a PBJ would just hit the spot. Your grilled onion and quinoa burger is enticing too…. oh, where to begin???
