I use the Glutino vanilla wafers whenever I need a no bake crust for a dessert. One of our favorites is for the crust of a banana pudding dessert with whipped creme on top. I also used the crushed vanilla wafers to top a sweet potato casseroles. I mixed the wafers wtih some chopped pecans and just sprinkled the mixture on top of cooked sweet potatoes, baked for about 20 minutes and it was wonderful. Now we always make it this way for Thanksgiving. Don’t forget to eat a couple of the wafers right from the box while you are making this dish!
