  5. I would save the brownies for Christmas to make them in tree shapes for my nieces and nephew. I’d use green icing and sprinkles for the “ornaments” on the trees.

    I use the Glutino vanilla wafers whenever I need a no bake crust for a dessert. One of our favorites is for the crust of a banana pudding dessert with whipped creme on top. I also used the crushed vanilla wafers to top a sweet potato casseroles. I mixed the wafers wtih some chopped pecans and just sprinkled the mixture on top of cooked sweet potatoes, baked for about 20 minutes and it was wonderful. Now we always make it this way for Thanksgiving. Don’t forget to eat a couple of the wafers right from the box while you are making this dish!

    I LOVE brownies any way you make them. But I would have to say that my favorite way to eat them would be to bake them with Snickers. OMG…….all I have to say!

  71. I’d use the brownies to fill a tin to send to my daughter in a college care package. She has trouble finding snacks at school that are gluten free and I hate to see her having reactions from getting contaminated with gluten!

    I would warm the brownies up and crumble them into a vanilla bean ice cream with hot fudge sauce. *drool*

    After the brownies are almost baked, melt marshmallows on top. When cooked, soread chocolate frosting for a gluten free version of Texas sheet cake.
