Pamela’s Products Feature and GIVEAWAY!!

IMG_5590If you know anything about my top choices for gluten free products then you KNOW that I love Pamela’s Products. They were the first brand I really attached too after my celiac diagnosis. They were and still are the best! My friends who have eaten pancakes at my house always ask why they are so good. I say, “It’s the Pamela’s Pancake mix”. These products will make a believer out of anyone in great tasting gluten free products.

Pamela’s now has some new products…Hallelujah!! New products from Pamela’s is the gluten free equivalent to Christmas morning and know you all get a chance to win this awesome box that I received! Here is a little more on my thoughts and experiences.

Biscuit and Scone Mix: SO delicious! I wanted to be creative so I made blueberry brown sugar scones. I had the gorgeous mix made, perfectly prepared on the baking sheet and cooking away in the oven when the smell of goodness over took me and I HAD to check on them. I pulled the baking sheet out a bit to use a knife to test if they were done yet (“Please oh please be done!”) because I just coudn’t wait any longer. Then the worst happened…the baking sheet tipped off of the oven and my perfect scone became a crumbled mess mostly on the pan but it slid to the bottom and some fell onto the oven door. “NOOOO!!!!” I thought.

“Ok when life gives you crumbled scones what do you do?” was my next thought. Make a crumble ala mode’! I crumbled the delicious scone creation into bowls and topped with Sweet 8 Yogurt and served it to my family. You know what? They LOVED it!! They thought I had made a wonderful “crumble”. Oh yes I did! Thank you Pamela’s Products for creating such an amazing product that even when it doesn’t look pretty, it can still taste so freaking amazing that everyone and anyone wants to eat it! ;)

As I have said before, Pamela’s Products pancake and baking mix is a staple in our house. We LOVE this stuff for everything from easy drop biscuits to traditional pancakes. The flavor is so wonderful that everyone you feed them too will be wondering what makes your pancakes so special. Here is the extra Gluten Free Frenzy girl secret: Use milk (or almond milk) not water and add 1 tsp. of gluten-free vanilla to the mix. You will understand the first time you try this, why it is our secret to making something great even better.

I prefer to cook not bake so making a pizza crust from even a mix is not my idea of fun BUT Pamela’s Products delivers a great bag pizza crust for those who do like to make their pizza. They flavor is up to the level you would expect from Pamela’s Products. You can make the crust thicker or thinner which is nice.

So are you ready to win the featured box above all for yourself?! Enter below.
