Creamy Broccoli Cheese and Cauliflower Soup

1 1/2 cup Shirley J’s Gluten Free Whisk Bliss
1/2 of a large head of cauliflower
1 Ib of broccoli
3 cups of gluten free cheddar cheese
5 cups water
Real Salt

Chop Cauliflower into small pieces.  Also, chop your broccoli into small bite size pieces or desired size for your soup.
In a medium sauce pan bring cauliflower chopped into small pieces to boil/or steam cauliflower. In a large sauce pan (this will be used for the entire soup) add 2 cups of water and then add your broccoli to boil for about 5 minutes until soft.
Once your Cauliflower is soften all the way through drain the water and puree your Cauliflower in food processor or blender to desired pureed consitency.
Once broccoli has softened add the pureed cauliflower.  Then add the remainder of water (3 cups).  Add the Shirley J’s Gluten Free Whisk Bliss and whisk in to the ingredients and let boil.  Mixture will start to thicken.  Once the combinded ingredients have thickened add the Chedder Cheese and mix until melted.  You can then add the spices (pepper, salt and paprika) to desired taste.

Can serve with a little extra cheese on top and broiled cauliflower (as pictured).
