Tasty Bite Feature and Giveaway!!

Oh how I LOVE Indian food!! I am definitely a girl who loves all different kinds of food but Indian has to be one of my favorite and I have to say, Tasty Bite does a fabulous job producing great tasting, gluten free Indian inspired dishes. I recently enjoyed doing a full review for them. Since I am on a high fiber diet indefinitely  I appreciate the nutrient dense ingredients that are used in Tasty Bites meals. The give me the fiber I need while not sacrificing taste. Here are some of the products I tried as well as my thoughts.

Madras Lentils- These are my favorite! They are so good alone or topped with cheese and grilled onion. I love using this as a healthy alternative to chili for chili dogs, nachos, burgers and pretty much anything else chili sounds good to you on. Yum!!

Channa Masala- Well besides liking the name because it is so close to mine ;) I thought this was a fabulous Indian inspired dish that was full of flavors like onion and coriander. It goes really well over rice or another starch.

Vegetable Korma- This creamy coconutty dish is full of flavor and great vegetables. Lots of wonderful spices make this dish versatile and one that many would enjoy. Slightly sweet and a little salty make this dish perfectly balanced.

Bombay Potatoes- I LOVED this dish. The curry flavor was great. It is fabulous as a stand alone dish or served over rice for double starch. ;)
