3-5 lb. Center cut lean pork roast
1 tsp. each Real Salt, Real Garlic Salt and Real Onion Salt
*Place roast in crock pot with salts and cook on low 8-10 hours. Shred and enjoy!
Sweet Potato Fries
3 sweet potatoes
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. each Real Salt, Real Onion Salt and Real Garlic Salt
1 tsp. coconut oil
*Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut the sweet potatoes into strips then into a big bowl. Add seasonings and coconut oil and toss. Place on a greased baking sheet and cook 40-50 minutes or until done. Optional: Broil 1 minute at the end for desired crispiness.
Toasted Sesame Ginger Kale
4 cups of raw kale
2 Tbs. gluten free soy sauce
1 Tbs. agave
1 tsp. minced ginger
1/4 c. sesame seeds
*Toast sesame seeds in a small fry pan tossing twice for about 3 minutes. Cut kale into desired size and toss in a large bowl with remaining ingredients and serve with toasted sesame seeds on top.
