Cook! Real Simple Delicious Gluten Free Soups Review

Let’s start with Sarah’s reviews:
The first was an Asian Lemongrass Soup. It was vegan and gluten-free. The label clearly states “We ban gluten, dairy, preservatives, additives, transfats, and high fructose corn syrup from our kitchen.” So cross-contamination between these ingredients would be almost impossible. With only 96 Calories in 1 serving, this is a guilt free meal. Overall, I would give this soup 4 out of 5 stars. I would give it 5, but the noodles were a little soggy (as many gluten-free noodles can be).
Ingredients for the Asian Lemongrass Soup: Vegetable broth (water, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, herbs and spices), carrots, straw mushrooms, baby corn, organic tofu, brown rice pasta, celery, ginger, lemongrass, herbs & spices, olive oil, kosher salt.
The second product I tried was the Thai Green Curry. The ginger and shallots make this dish flavorful. Served over a bed of rice, this curry was very filling and mouth watering good. I give this product a 4.5 out of 5.
Ingredients for the Thai Green Curry: Organic tofu, bell pepper, carrots, onion, mushrooms, cauliflower, eggplant, coconut milk, water, olive oil, fresh chili, garlic, ginger, cilantro, shallot, lemongrass, spices, kosher salt and pepper.
I enjoyed the Tomato soup. It was nice and full of organic flavor. It really did taste fresh and right from the garden. I did add some Real salt because I am a salty girl and pretty much add it to everything. 😉 I was impressed that this soup was good hot or cold. Topped with fresh oregano and mozzarella really took this soup to the next level.
