I have reviewed many of the Udi’s Gluten Free products and LOVE them! Everyone knows they are the best. Here is what I have previously reviewed.

White, Multigrain, cinnamon raisin and Millet Chia breads-The breads are so soft and delicious with the perfectly golden crust. The bread is great for sandwiches and is so tasty that it can be enjoyed right out of the package or toasted to your preference. The white is a very classic, popular flavor. The multigrain is my personal favorite from the Udi’s bread line with a nice hearty flavor. The millet-chia is full of lots of great nutrients and tastes great as well. All the breads are great for recipes such as stuffing and french toast, but the cinnamon raisin is, in my mind, the best for french toast and other sweet desserts like bread pudding. The cinnamon adds a nice touch to this great bread.
Classic hamburger and hot dog buns and multigrain hamburger buns- I have been SO impressed with these wonderful new products. They are so fluffy and full of flavor that you can’t even tell they are gluten free! I was recently served an Udi’s hamburger bun at a restaurant and I actually asked to have the manager double check that it was in fact the Udi’s gluten free bun because it was so good…and I had tried them before! I had forgotten just how amazing they were so was so pleased again to see that they were in fact, Udi’s gluten free hamburger buns.
Cinnamon raisin, plain and whole grain bagels-While I am not really a bagel girl I found that these bagels were quite tasty! They were great smeared with some cream cheese or toasted and made into a breakfast, bagel sandwich. There really is so much versatility when you have a great product like Udi’s to work with.
Original, Vanilla and Cranberry granola-This is absolutely the best gluten free granola I have eaten. It is so full of flavor and sweetened just right. I enjoy it with milk or sprinkled over some gluten free yogurt. You can even make a homemade parfait with fruit and yogurt…mmm!
Oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip and snicker doodle cookies-These are some of the best gluten free cookies to date! They are soft and chewy, just like I love my cookies. I kid you not, I had to hide these from my non-celiac hubby who will eat them ALL if I let him! They really are so amazing. I especially love that they are made with real ingredients which makes them taste fresh and homemade. The oatmeal raisin has such great spice and raisin ratio while the snicker doodle is soft and so full of sweet sugar and cinnamon flavor that a real snicker doodle requires.
Lemon Streusel and Blueberry muffins-These muffins are springy and soft. They are so full of flavor and delicious! I LOVE the lemon with the sweet streusel on top. The lemon flavor is fresh and sweet, really a great balance. The blueberry has just the right amount of real, plump blueberries. These muffins are great at room temperature on their own or heated with a little butter.
Pizza crust-I have loved that Udi’s created a quick and easy pizza crust that I can grab from my freezer and top with my favorite toppings and have cooked all within 20 minutes which is awesome especially when I am in a bind for lunch or dinner. My family and I have all really enjoyed these thin crust Udi’s pizza crusts.
Brownie Bites- These were full of great chocolate flavor as well as chewy and delicious. They were the perfect new addition to the Udi’s line! We would also like to announce that in addition to these being available in the coming months Udi’s will also be introducing a gluten free frozen, fully topped pizza! I am so excited as I already know how great the crust alone is. Be on the lookout for these exciting new additions to the Udi’s line in the Spring of 2012.
