  8. I'm interested in this book because I follow a gluten-free diet. I also don't eat dairy, but I've learned to substitute cheeses with products like Daiya. I think this would be a great cookbook for my family to use.

  14. Gluten-free in 4 ingredients might save my life! Tough to cook for the kids with so many allergies, so this is wonderful :)

  17. I think that the simpler the recipe the more receptive you are to make. With everything so expensive it is reassuring that being gluten free doesn't mean you have to go crazy looking for products and spending more money than needed.
