For an easy dinner night, get your favorite gluten free pizza crusts (We chose Udi’s), get all your gluten free toppings in one place and gf sauce and cheese in separate bowls. Let everyone go crazy! Bake according to package directions. The kiddos may not like it, but at least offer all the veggie colors. We found that grilling the onions first, made the kids more likely to put them on their pizza. Grilled onions are so much sweeter! This is a perfect, quick and easy weeknight dinner. Plus, it’s fun!
