Josh’s Famous Barbeque Chicken and Funeral Potatoes

Josh’s Famous BBQ Chicken

1 lb. free-range chicken tenders
1/4 tsp. Real Onion Salt
1/4 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
dash of black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3 Tbls. your favorite gluten-free BBQ chicken

*Season meat with salts and oregano. Grill until cooked through. During the last 2 minutes of cooking, baste on both sides with BBQ sauce.

Funeral Potatoes

2 bags Cascadian Farms hashbrowns
1 can gluten free cream of mushroom soup
2 c. gluten free sour cream
1 1/2 c. raw cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. raw or organic butter, melted
1/4 tsp. Real Salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 c. gluten-free corn flakes
2-3 Tbls. raw or organic butter
1/4 tsp. Real Salt

*Combine first 7 ingredients. Press into a 9×13 baking pan. In another bowl combine last 3 ingredients. Lay over the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
