25 Days of Christmas Giveaways...Gluten Free of Course! #25 Pamela's Products

This is such a perfect statement about Pamela’s Products. I couldn’t have said it better myself. Pamela’s Products are truly one of my very favorite cooking and snack products. I absolutely LOVE all of her great mixes, cookies and even the great recipes offered on the website. I can’t rave enough about my favorite cookies...the pecan shortbread, they are awesome!

~Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix
This is my gluten free flour of choice. I use it for so many recipes. It works right in so well that my friends don’t even know what they eat in my home is gluten free. I have to say that one weekend we had some friends over for brunch and I made some great pancakes using this mix. I topped it off with my homemade Buttermilk Syrup. I sat back and watched as my friends gobbled every last pancake up and preceded to ask, “How did you make these?! They are soooo good!” When I told them they were gluten free they refused to believe me. Isn’t that how all our gluten free products should be? :)

~Pecan Shortbread cookies
First off the flavor of these is spot on with (what I remember :) pecan shortbread tasting like. They are the perfect texture and sweetness. With only 10 ingredients, that you know and can read, I couldn’t ask for anything better. These are my cookie of choice!

~Chocolate Brownie Mix
These brownies are so chewy and chocolaty that you can eat the entire batch. (That is if you didn’t already eat all the batter like I do! :) Again, some friends who can eat gluten ate these with me and couldn’t believe they were gluten free. SOOOO yummy!

~Confetti Frosting Mix
Ok, who doesn’t love confetti frosting?! The great thing about this frosting is you don’t have to feel guilty about putting artificial colors in your body because these little pieces of yummy confetti get their color from seeds, vegetables or fruits! Since we know how bad Red #40 and Yellow #5 can be for us I just love this about the confetti frosting. NO artificial colors! As if the frosting itself wasn’t already amazing, YAY!
