We recently had the wonderful opportunity of trying multiple flavors of the delicious Zevia soda…wow! I love that I can have soda that isn’t filled with yucky artificial sweeteners like aspartame, but that is still low in calories. With only 7 grams of carbohydrates per can, you hit the soda lottery! Zevia is a natural stevia sweetened soda that I just love! There is some great information on the stevia that is used in this soda on Zevia’s website. It’s worth taking a look at. There is also a wonderful letter from the CEO telling why he began producing Zevia. Love it! We really need to be more conscious of the sugar we are putting into our bodies. We can always use a little less and thanks to Zevia we can now do that while still enjoying our favorite soda flavors…yay!

Cream soda as I can never find a diabetic friendly one in a can for putting in my lunches. However, the black cherry is a close second.
