Reviews: WOW Cookies, Rudi’s Bakery, Amy’s Organic and Scott’s Gourmet Cookie Company

Here are some other wonderful products we have recently reviewed. Thanks so these wonderful companies for introducing us to their delicious products. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did.

WOW Cookies:
If you know anything about these cookies you know just how AMAZING they are! The taste is so delicious while the texture is also perfect. Soft and delicious, a great combination.

WOW cookies has recently come out with their lovely holiday line. The Pumpkin Spice cookies were balanced with just the right amount of sweet and spice. They were a great addition to our Halloween and Thanksgiving gluten free menus. The peppermint brownie was chewy and full of delicious peppermint flavor. It reminded me of the tastes of Christmas which I just loved! The chocolate flavor stood up well to the peppermint which was also nice. Finally, the cranberry white chocolate cookie was perfection! It was absolutely amazing and was gobbled right up in our house. The sweet cookie with smooth white chocolate chips and tart cranberries was just the right balance. This cookie screamed holiday season in both its presentation and taste. My friends who don’t eat gluten free also LOVED this tasty little treat!

Rudi’s Bakery:
This bread was tasty when toasted and buttered. My boys really enjoyed it served along side eggs and sausage. The hot dog buns that we were sent were delicious in a gluten free stuffing my aunt made for Thanksgiving. It was soft and full of flavor. This bread can be used in recipes or eaten on its own. Just make sure to keep it at room temperature rather than in the fridge to keep it from losing moisture.

The pizza crust was great tasting and a nice alternative to a gluten free sandwich for a quick at home lunch. Topped with the right toppings and you have a delicious meal!

Amy’s Kitchen:
We recently reviewed three new flavors of Gluten Free Shortbread Cookies offered by Amy’s Organic Kitchen. They were absolutely delicious! Chocolate chip, plain and almond shortbread are the three flavors. The almond was my absolute favorite. It had just the right amount of almond flavor while remaining true to its shortbread flavor. The chocolate chip was a fun twist on a classic chocolate chip cookie while the plain shortbread was excellent with herbal tea. Great job on the new cookies Amy’s Organic Kitchen!

We also reviewed Amy’s newest gluten free pizza-the rice crust margherita (single serve) and the gluten free kids meals-Baked Ziti and Mac & Cheese. All were delicious and excellent for a quick lunch. I thought for sure I would let my little boy, Jax have the kids meals but as soon as they were heated up and the aroma was wafting through the house, he ended up getting only about half. The kids meals were so tasty that kids and adults alike can enjoy them.

Scott’s Gourmet Cookie Company:
These Oat-alicious cookies were so delicious! They were sweetened just right and offered a lovely flavor. We enjoyed both the original and the cinnamon flavors. My husband kept sneeking back for more of these sweet treats which is saying a lot since he is VERY picky and doesn’t have to eat gluten free. We shared them with our CDF support group at a recent meeting and they were a hit there as well. This crispy cookie is great on its own or served with herbal tea or cocoa. Great job Scott’s Gourmet Cookie Company!
