Reviews-The Good Bean, Sandwich Petals, RicePod, Crunchmaster and Good Habit Granola

The Good Bean These crunchy little treats are full of fiber- 6 grams, protein- 7 grams, are gluten free, low fat and heart healthy. They come in four different flavors, sea salt, cracked pepper, smoky chili and lime and sweet cinnamon. My little guys absolutely loved the sweet cinnamon. In fact, my 2 1/2 year old thought they were a treat! Ha, little did he know I was getting him to eat a nutritious chickpea!

The savory flavors are great on top of a salad for crunch or for a quick on the go snack. The package is the perfect size for a purse or diaper bag. What a fun find!

Sandwich Petals– Coming in three unique flavors, spinach garlic pesto, chimayo red chili and agave grain (original) this ultimate gluten free flat bread can be used for wraps or as a thin pizza crust. Also, you can cut into thin strips and fry in a little extra virgin coconut oil for a crispy salad or soup topping.

Only 100 calories per petal and high in fiber this dairy free, soy free, nut free and gluten free wrap really is one of a kind. *It is important to follow the heating instructions on the package to avoid having the petal fall apart. Enjoy!

RicePod– We loved these crunchy, gluten free snacks! The flavor was bold and delicious! Flavors like Chili Mix and Wasabi make this product very unique. Spaa Natural Foods is the manufacturer of these products. You can find them online at The Gluten Free Mall.

Crunchmaster– We recently reviewed Crunchmaster’s NEW gluten free products, 7 Ancient Grains: Hint of Sea Salt and Multi-Grain Crackers in White Cheddar. Boy, were they good! The flavor of the white cheddar was not to strong but bold enough to make me want to keep going back for more. The 7 Ancient Grains was the perfect dipping cracker and will be added to my list of crackers to use for appetizers this Thanksgiving. Yum!

Good Habit– Have you heard of this delicious treat yet? Well, it’s time you did!

Good Habit began with founder/owner Nina Burr working as a personal chef, catering to the dietary needs of families and individuals, many of them with a gluten allergy. After tasting MANY gluten free cookies and snacks, Nina realized that she wanted to create a gluten free treat that was so delicious and packed with flavor, the only thing missing was the wheat! Soon the original chocolate chip cookie became a cult favorite amongst her clients, and their friends, and Good Habit was born.

All of our products are made in a gluten free facility, where we take great care to ensure that it is kept wheat free, so you can enjoy all our yummy treats without any hesitation. We pride ourselves in making all our products by hand, and in small batches with all natural and organic ingredients.

We reviewed all 4 Good Habit products, The Original Chocolate Chip Cookie, Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie, Carrot Cake Cookie and Homemade Granola. All were great! I especially loved the carrot cake cookie. It was moist and full of flavor. My hubby really like the original chocolate chip cookie and the granola. What we really liked about the granola was that it tasted and looked like traditional granola! I miss that in gluten free granolas but Good Habit hit the target with creating a great tasting, crunchy granola that can be used for topping some yogurt or just enjoyed like a bowl of cereal. We really enjoyed Good Habits products and know you will too!
