Chicken Alfredo Pizza



This chicken Alfredo pizza is not only tasty but quite easy to prepare. If you don’t have the time to make your own Alfredo sauce, just use a gluten free sauce in a jar.

Any gluten free pizza crust, prepared (we like Namaste brand)
2 c. fresh spinach
1 c. mozzarella
Leftover shredded chicken

Alfredo Sauce

1/4 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbls. dried parsley or 1/4 c. fresh
Real garlic salt to taste

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cream and cook about 5 minutes. Add garlic, cheese, parsley and salt. Spread evenly on cooked pizza crust. Top with chicken, fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
