This event took place in Palo Alto, CA on Saturday, October 16th and included lectures by four international experts in this field. One of the speakers, Dr. Rodney Ford, came in all the way from New Zealand. There were over 20 local vendors sampling delicious and exclusively gluten-free food including french bread, ravioli, cupcakes, cream puffs, biscotti, pies and more.
