Shop once a week and have all of the ingredients needed for five meals.

-Each week you choose five entrees you’d like to make for the week. A GFree subscription is only $10 per month.
-We offer a comprehensive grocery list with gluten-free brands. 5 dinners and sides cost less than $100 per week at the grocery store.
-Gluten-free bread recipes, freezer recipes and gluten-free dessert recipes are also on the site.

I have been enjoying my subscription now for the past few months. It has been an easy and delicious way for me to cook great gluten free food for my family without having to look through all my cookbooks for dinner ideas then make a grocery list.

I love the Carol Fenster, PhD has teamed up with Gfree Cuisine to create these delicious meals. There are enough to choose from each week that you are bound to get a menu that you and your family love. I love the addition of “special treats” which gives you ideas for making something a little special each week on top of your regular meals. Sometimes it is a yummy dip and other times it is a sweet treat.

Gfree Cuisine really is a great idea for anyone living gluten free. If you are looking for a wonderful Christmas of birthday gift idea, here it is!

  6. I'd love this, as both my husband and I work full-time, and I am so bad at having dinner ready after a long day! I know it's 90% because I am bad at planning, so if I had this, it would cut down on my excuses, and we might actually NOT have to eat leftovers all week πŸ™‚

  9. This membership would be sooo helpful to me–I work outside the home and need to eat GF–however I never am “hungry” for anything, eating is hard for me and trying to meal plan and cook is so hard–especially when I really don't want to eat makes it doubly hard. If I had a plan, cook this, buy that to do it–oh how helpful it sould be!

  12. I'm a working Mom, and full time student. At the end of the day, my creativity can get limited and eating out is difficult with 1 celiac, 1 gluten intolerant, and 1 multiple food allergy family member. Inspiration please! πŸ™‚

  13. My 10 year old was diagnosed a couple weeks ago and grocery/meal planning is so stressful to me. I used to enjoy cooking, but don't anymore. It's like I've hit writer's block but only with cooking. I'm having a hard time coming up with new ideas and old recipe alterations. This would be such a blessing for our family and I think it would give me ideas to get me rolling. [email protected]

  14. we have a lot of dietary restrictions in our home and this would make it much easier than having to constantly seek our new foods that we can all eat. thanks.

  29. I work in an environment where everyone around has either very bad eating habits or they don’t understand why I can’t eat certain things . Unfortuantely , lately I have been giving in . I think something like this would help me get back on track! I do not have a thyroid and have an autoimmune disorder (Hashimoto’s) and getting back on track is exactly what I need to do. This would truly allow me to have access to food items and help me eliminate making bad choices .
