  3. This cookbook has been on my wish list for quite a while now. As a college student, I literally only have access to a microwave. Going to my sister's apartment grants me access to a toaster oven and another microwave, but even that is across campus. Not to mention, I have a horrible sweet-tooth so I have to have my dessert before bed every night. Thanks so much for this awesome giveaway! =)

  19. I have a recipe for one of these kinds of cakes(from a friend)…yet it has never turned out the same after going gf. But a book of 101 GLUTEN FREE recipes for these things!! WOWZERS!!!! I'm game for this one!! My kiddos would be ecstatic to find lil cakes in a mug for dessert!

  22. I am just starting to really “cook” again after I learned I can't eat gluten. Having a fun book with some quick recipe ideas would be sweet! And I love the fact that some recipes exclude other allergens (I have others besides gluten, and it would be a relief to have some on-hand recipes in my kitchen)
