I have been cooking for food allergies(dairy, grains, nuts) in my family for two decades. We also have a child on the autism spectrum who requires a gluten free/casein free diet. We have had more than enough emergency room visits due to allergic reactions. I would like to try Jules' gluten free flour mix. Her cookbook is wonderful and I would like to experiment with more of my own recipes using her all purpose flour.
Thank you for your consideration.
robinson dot monique @ gmail.com

lhainley@accutek.net
Just the all-purpose flour mix sounds great to me! So much more efficient than having fifteen different kinds of mixes on hand.
The Jules GF bread mix sounds interesting to me. It is so hard packing a lunch for my gluten-free kiddo. And the breads out on the market are hit or miss. Some are bad and some are REALLY bad. I am curious to see how her bread mix tastes.
dianebond75@yahoo.com
Jules cookbooks intrigue me the most. I've only been cooking/baking gluten free for a couple months due to the recent diagnosis of Celiac Disease in our 1yr old so the recipes is what I'd be interested in the most.

The graham cracker / gingerbread mix would be so wonderful — I used to LOVE making cheesecake with the classic graham cracker crust before my celiac diagnosis. =)
The e-books! Brilliant! I use the internet to find most of my recipes, and it's annoying to use the cookbooks to access my favorite old recipes (they end up all covered in sauce and stuff). Electronic is the perfect solution!

Wow, saw someone else here who had a fructose intolerance ~ hey it's not just me. I however also avoid dextrose becaue it's made from corn usually, and I am also allergic to corn. I would however (since I make my own bread) love to try the flour and see how it works. Family loves my breads!
