  1. It would be fun to explore the Cookie Lover's Pack to see what recipes are featured and how the cookies mixes could be “customized”.

  3. My first choice would be the graham cracker mix so that I can make some of the wonderful desserts that my grandsons currently can't have. I have not been able to find graham crackers anywhere that are gf.

  4. I've never heard of Jules Gluten free! The books I would like are cookiE-book or the Nearly normal cook book book. And the product that I would want to try is the all purpose flour-it's hard to find a great all purpose flour that works really well!

I love her GF AP flour and her recipes. I have a family of six that I keep gf (and as cf and sf as possible)…all in an attempt to help my 10 yo son who is on the autism spectrum. He started reading after we went gf…so anything we do and amazing products we find to fill his rigid diet is AMAZING! and Jules products help us do that!

  24. Definetely the all purpose flour. I also have fructose intolerance so am unable to have any other sugar than dextrose, so the other mixes wouldn't work for me.

I have been cooking for food allergies(dairy, grains, nuts) in my family for two decades. We also have a child on the autism spectrum who requires a gluten free/casein free diet. We have had more than enough emergency room visits due to allergic reactions. I would like to try Jules' gluten free flour mix. Her cookbook is wonderful and I would like to experiment with more of my own recipes using her all purpose flour.

    Thank you for your consideration.

  65. Wow, saw someone else here who had a fructose intolerance ~ hey it's not just me. I however also avoid dextrose becaue it's made from corn usually, and I am also allergic to corn. I would however (since I make my own bread) love to try the flour and see how it works. Family loves my breads!
