I would love this book to help with healthy meal planning. I have been gluten-free for over 7yrs, my family is not GF – so it makes meal planning a challenge, with a book like this I can easily create healthy, wonderful meals for the family and still keep mine GF. I also found out this summer that I have Microscopic Colitis – adding to the mix and explaining why I'm not healed yet!!! Happy Holidays!

  9. I would love to win this cookbook to get some new ideas. I seem to be in a rut – eating the same things week after week.

  10. This book looks great, I have to cook gluten free for myself and gluten free/ dairy free for my youngest child. I could use some new ideas!

I no longer look forward to cooking or meal planning and have trouble coming up with ideas for gluten free dishes. I desperately need more ideas and something like this would help us out tremendously.
