I have add the great opportunity to taste many of the delicious products Katz Gluten Free offers. The flavors are great as is the presentation of the items. Here is what I tried and my thoughts on each.
Sliced Challah Bread- A delicious bread for toast and breakfast sandwiches. Keeps its form well.
Kaiser Rolls (Large Challah)- I also used these for sandwiches as they are larger. You could also use them as soup bowls. Yummy and soft!
Oat Challah Rolls- These are the perfect dinner roll size. Warmed they taste the best.
Marble Cake- I wasn’t a huge fan of this but it’s only because I’m not a big cake eater. My son loved it! A chocolaty and slightly sweet treat.
Chocolate Dipped Cookies- These are a good classic snack. Almost like a black and white cookie. Mmm!
Chocolate Chip Cookies- Wow! These were so yummy! I loved dipping them in milk because they stayed crunchy for a bit and didn’t immediately dissolve like many gf cookies.
Honey Muffins- These were amazing! I loved the light honey flavor and the delicious buttery struessel on top!
Raspberry Tarts – These delicious little tart made me feel like I was in Europe. There was a light buttery flavor that married perfectly with the tart raspberry jelly.
Apricot Tarts – These were my favorite cookie! I loved the sweet apricot next to the delicious tart…delectable!
Chocolate Rugelech- I would have liked a little more moisture in these, but my son of course adored them.
Cinnamon Rugelech- This reminded me of making cinnamon crisps with leftover dough back in the day. A yummy little treat.
Kaiser Rolls (Large Challah)- I also used these for sandwiches as they are larger. You could also use them as soup bowls. Yummy and soft!
Honey Muffins- These were amazing! I loved the light honey flavor and the delicious buttery struessel on top!Certified Gluten Free Bakery Foods
