This statement is so true! I had the opportunity to review all of the Josef’s gluten-free cookies. They were very tasty! Here were the products and just what I thought:
Chocolate O’s- So close to what I remember an “Oreo” tasting like that it was great! I crushed them up and used them in Coated Cookie Drop recipe during my 25 Days of Christmas Cookies if you remember that far back. 
My husband LOVES these cookies as does anyone else who tastes them. They are a total splurge treat but oh my goodness are they good! These cookies make them taste delicious!
Cinnamon O’s- Mmm! These are so great for when you crave a sweet afternoon snack. They go perfectly with herbal tea or milk. I like the slightly different flavor the cinnamon gives these cookies.
Vanilla O’s- A traditional vanilla cream cookie sandwich that tastes just as good as you remember. I love dipping these in cold milk and eating them just slightly soft.
Cinnamon Square- These squares are much larger than I was expecting which was a nice surprise. I love crushing these up and using them as a graham cracker crust for cheesecake! Yum!
Chocolate Square- These little choco treats are great for making a chocolate cookie crust for many different desserts or just for eating on their own.
Vanilla Square- My sister loved these cookies! They are just sweet enough to enjoy on their own. The great thing about all the Josef’s gluten-free cookies is that they are crispy enough to withstand a few dunks in milk. They don’t get soggy quick which is great if you are a dipper like me.
Chocolate Animal Cookies- Oh does my son LOVE these! We have to almost hide them in the cupboard because he knows exactly what the box looks like and asks for them anytime he sees them. They are crisp and chocolatey just like you would want them to be.
Vanilla Animal Cookies- These cookies have a different flavor than original animal cookies but taste great in their own way. They are like little crisp sugar cookies that you can easily take on the go for a sweet tooth snack.
Some of the other great things about this company are that, in addition to being nut free and gluten free, all Jo-sef products are also: Wheat Free, Dairy/Casein Free, Trans Fat Free, Preservative Free, Lactose and Egg Free as well as Vegan! They are also processed in a dedicated Kosher and Gluten-Free facility. I love that!
