1/2 pound grass-fed ground beef
1 c. gluten free breadcrumbs (I make them by baking crumbled gf bread in oven until crisp.)
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. Real Salt
dash of black pepper
*With your hands, combine all ingredients and form into very mini meatballs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
2 cans tomato sauce
3 oz. tomato paste
1 Tbls. oregeno
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 box Gluten free penne pasta (I enjoy De Boles.)
1 c. mozzerella cheese
*Combine all sauce ingredients and mix well. Add in uncooked gluten free penne pasta and cheese. Make sure all noodles are covered in sauce. Place mini meatballs into dish with hands. Top with grated parmesan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered and about 10 minutes uncovered.
