Brown Rice Tortillas
Shredded gluten-free rotisserie chicken
Sliced jalapenos
Sliced black olives
Raw organic cheddar
Amy’s Organic spicy refried beans
gluten-free sour cream or ranch dressing (optional)
*Start with one brown rice tortilla. Spread beans on it then layer chicken, jalapenos and cheese. Top with 2nd brown rice tortilla and cook in a quesadilla maker or fry in a little oil. Cut into triangles and dip in gluten-free sour cream or ranch dressing for a nice cooling effect.
