Easy Crock Pot Ribs

1-2 pounds natural baby back ribs
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 Tbls. paprika
1 tsp. Real Salt
dash of black pepper
1 tsp. brown sugar
gluten-free BBQ sauce of your choosing

*Combine all ingredients EXCEPT meat and BBQ sauce. Massage spice mixture into all areas of the meat. Cut one piece of ribs into a large enough piece to cover bottom of crockpot (about 4 riblets) cut remaining ribs into riblets and stand up, placing meaty side against edge of crockpot. It will resemble a crown of ribs. Every piece of meat should touch some surface of the crockpot. Cook on low 6-7 hours or until ribs are tender. Remove and place on a baking sheet. Baste with gluten-free BBQ sauce of your choosing and broil less than a minute. Enjoy!
