These gluten free peanut butter cookies only have 3 ingredients. They are so easy to make and taste Heavenly!!! You will love them as much as all my family does!
1 cup creamy raw peanut butter (chunky can be used also if you like it chunky)
1/2 cup maple sugar crystals
1 free-range, organic egg
Roll into balls and cross press top with fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes
