Stay up to date with book signings, appearances and more at The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook Book Tour page.

Features:

• A full-color collection of 99 gluten-free, lightly sweetened, quick-and-healthy recipes.
• Almonds are today’s superfood: high-protein, low-glycemic, low-cholesterol, full of fiber and antioxidants.

Reviews:

“For many people, normal food becomes off-limits when they find they have an allergy or condition, such as celiac disease. To wrestle new limitations into foods that are every bit as delicious and appealing (if not more so) is a coup to be celebrated.”
Deborah Madison, Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone
“Elana has a tremendous gift for creating classic recipes using healthy ingredients. Her high-protein, gluten-free treats are incredibly tasty! I highly recommend this book if you are looking for good food that is also good for you.”
Dr. Robert Rountree, Smart Medicine for a Healthier Child
“This lovely cookbook, full of enticing photos, has my mouth watering: Cinnamon Coffee Cake, Smoked Salmon Tart in an Herb Crust, Strawberry Shortcake … yum.” Elisa Bosley, Delicious Living Magazine

  1. I just signed up to be a follower on your blog yesterday! I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's. So I have just begun my Gluten Free Journey. I was so excited to find your blog…..it's wonderful to have so many ideas and recipes in one place!! Thanks for sharing.

I'm excited to try some of your recipes — and be on my way to a healthier Gluten free life for both me and my family.

Thanks so much for sharing! It looks like Elana's Pantry Almond Flour Cookbook might be something I'll need to get!! :)

  4. I am a follower. I think this book sounds awesome because most of the recipes only require almond flour and that makes them very cost efficient, very important for a graduate student! :)

  5. I commented on both facebook pages. :)

  6. Something interesting I learned is that she studied Ayurveda cooking in her 20s.

  7. I'm a follower of yours and I would find this book very useful because living in provincial southern Italy I have a hard time finding ready-made gluten-free products. With this book I would have more from-scratch recipe options.

  8. I have followed Elena's Pantry for quite some time and I love her recipes. I would love to have the cookbook on hand!

  9. I just started following your blog. Elena's blog and recipes have always been very interesting to me. It's brilliant that she uses almond flour for her recipes. The flour adds a nice, round flavor to foods, and is a great source of protein. Anyway, I'd love to win her book!

  10. I just became a follower! This book looks great for many reasons. Mainly I'm a newbie to gluten free recipies. My niece and best friend have to eat everything gluten free so I've been learning and cooking as I go.

  20. I now follow you via Google connect (sandierpastures). Elana's site is interesting because she makes yummy stuff without ever using white flour. I am allergic to white flour and have had migraines for so many years because of that!! It was undetected for about 25 years!

    I wanna win this cookbook!

  22. I have lived gluten free for the past 15 months and just recently in June went completely grain free with the SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet). I can't tell you what a difference it has made for me! Almond flour is a staple in my every day meal planning. Elana's cookbook would be an amazing gift! Please, please, please choose me!!!!???!!! mldougal@msn.com

I have been a follower of yours and Elana's a long time. I visited her web site again and always learn something new about her. I found it interesting that she ran her own business (ecosav) and studied ayurvedic cooking that helped her when she was diagnosed with Celiac disease.

I don't have my own blog and don't do Twitter but shared yours and Elana's info on my Facebook page.

Again, please, please, please choose me for Elana's book!!!! mldougal@msn.com

  23. I just ordered some almond flour the other day and I'm excited to try some recipes after reading about the nutritional content on Elana's site.

  25. Found your site thru Elena's blog (just became a follower) – I've been wanting her book ever since I laid eyes on it. I have been living paleo for five weeks and am interested in flour free baking!

    chymerikaen@gmail.com

  26. I visited Elana's site and learned the different between paleo and primal. Hmm, I did not know there were so many differences.

  29. I am now following your blog as well as both twitter accts.

The book is interesting to me because my rheumatologist wants me on a gluten free diet and I've yet to find a cookbook that used almond flour. Most books just delete recipes that need flour. i think with the right cookbook i would follow the diet better
