Shepard's Pie

1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
2 cans drained green beans
2 cans organic tomato sauce
1 tsp. Real Salt
1/4 tsp. Real Onion Salt
1/4 tsp. Real Garlic Salt
1 tsp. parsley
8 medium red potatoes
1 Tbls. organic or raw butter
organic or raw milk
Real Salt and black pepper to taste
Raw cheddar cheese (optional)

*Cover potatoes with cool water and boil until easily pierced with a fork. When potato water begins to boil, start to brown the beef with Real Salts and parsley.
