I just adore this little company who has set out to create great products with the most AMAZING taste! When I received my box of Liz Lovely gluten-free cookies I was so enticed just by the look of them that I couldn’t help but dig in right then and there! These cookies are so delicious I can’t even tell you in words. They are big, soft cookies that have the best flavor you could ask for in a cookie. My husband loved them too. I had to tell him to back off because they were MINE! 
I had the pleasure of trying a nice variety of the gluten-free cookies including Coconut Lemon, Chocolate Fugde, Ginger Molasses, Triple Chocolate Mint, and Oatmeal Raisin. Each was a new experience of “lovliness”!
Coconut Lemon was my favorite. It was just slightly sweet with a delicious coconut flavor that made you feel like you were in the Islands. It was macaroon meets lemon bar. Yum!
Ginger Molasses was my second favorite with it’s soft and chewy texture that you expect a molasses cookie to have and the slightly crisp rolled sugar texture you get on the outside, this is the perfect texture balance. Not to mention the taste reminded me of Christmas at home with all the family. I loved it!
Chocolate Fudge was a delicious little burst of flavor that reminded me of what a brownie bite used to taste like. It also has the rolled sugar texture on the outside which I loved both for taste and texture but also for the actual look of the cookie.
Triple Chocolate Mint was like eating an Andes Mint made into a cookie. Who wouldn’t like that?! I especially loved the chocolate swirls on the top of the cookie.
Oatmeal Raisin was a delicious classic much like you remember eating at Granny’s house. It was chewy and sweet just like it should be…mmm!
