This is my favorite recipe that my stepmom, Sheila used to make for me. This gluten-free Italian Chicken is so creamy and flavorfull. Sheila would always make it when I came to visit because she knew how much I loved it. You guys are going to love it too!
2 lbs. free-range, organic chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 envelope gluten-free Italian seasoning
2 pkgs. organic cream cheese
2 cans Health Valley cream of chicken soup
Real Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
*Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hrs. Chicken will be pull-apart tender. Serve hot over brown rice. We always had it with corn and cottage cheese…yum!!!
