This is a great kids favorite recipe. I remember growing up. I want my kids and yours to have that same opportunity so here it is gluten-free! The picture doesn’t show this but top the casserole off with tater tots also for a crispy top that is delicious! Thanks to my sister Tera for this recipe and pic, we love her contributions!
1-2 Cans Gluten free Cream of Mushroom Soup
additional organic milk if needed to thin out soup
1 c. fresh or frozen peas
1 c. fresh or frozen corn
1 lb. Organic ground hamburger
Real Salt and black pepper to taste
Cook hamburger till browned. In 9 x 12 pan fill the bottom with tater tots, cover with ground hamburger and top with soup mixture, seasonings and peas. Top with more tater tots and bake at 350 degree for approx. 1 hour 15 min.
