9 c. gluten-free Corn, Rice or Chocolate Chex cereal (you can use a combination as well)
1 c. chocolate chips (I like Dagoba, because I feel it is the best chocolate out there.)
1/2 c. freshly ground or organic peanut butter
1/4 c. organic butter
1 tsp. gluten-free vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar (I like Rapunzel.)
*In a double boiler, melt chocolate, butter and peanut butter together. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal and mix to coat all pieces evenly. Place cereal in 2 gallon bag and add powdered sugar. Shake until well coated.
