Feature GF Bloggers-Tell all Tuesday!!!

I wanted to start a fun new feature where I highlighted other gluten-free bloggers that I think are doing a great job in the gluten-free community. I have many ideas for bloggers in mind but if you know of someone you would just love to see featured please e-mail me at glutenfreefrenzy@gmail.com.

This blogger I will be featuring today is an amazing girl. She has such a sweet way about her blogging that you become addicted to reading the kindness the can feel through her posts. I know you will all love her as much as I do! So without further ado…I present our first featured gluten-free blogger…Betsy of Gluten Free Betsy!!!

I know why your awesome :) , but please tell everyone else a little about yourself.

Tell me about your gluten-free blog. My blog is a little mish-mash of everything gluten free I can get my hands on! I write about products, recipes, events, news, book reviews…

How long have you been blogging? I started my blog in April 2009.

Why did you start a gluten-free blog? One of my besties also has celiac and whenever we get together we talk for hours about recipes, products, news…ya know, all the gluten free gossip. After a few years we thought we’d grace the internet with our sassy wit and Martha Stewartesque charm by sharing our recipes, advice, and opinions. We planned on both creating blogs and then having some sort of super site, but that hasn’t really happened yet. She’s a standup comedian who also works full time, so she’s really busy! While she’s writing jokes, I’m writing recipes. I’ve added her to my site though, so hopefully meet her soon!

What kinds of products do you feature on your blog? Pretty much everything. If you couldn’t tell, I have a total sweet tooth, so I tend to feature a lot more desserts and goodies. Other than the treats, I try to follow a healthy and natural diet. Somehow that doesn’t always seem to find it’s way into my blog.

What would you like to see with your gluten-free blog in the future? Possibly more structure. I have so many ideas for it, but not enough time to make them happen. One thing I know for sure is that I’d like to feature more recipes.

What do you love about gluten-free blogging most? Gluten free recipes. I wish I had more of them and I’m working on that, but creating something I find delicious and sharing with the world is the best. Hearing people say they made what I posted and loved it is a great feeling.

Do you do giveaways? If so, what was your favorite giveaway? I do, not as much as you of course, but from time to time I’m lucky enough to hold one. I don’t know if I have a favorite, I’m just grateful for the wonderful companies who sponsored them. :)
