Paul Seelig, of Great specialty Products was arrested yesterday after he was caught and charged with fraud for selling gluten-containing bread as gluten-free. I can’t believe how many people were hurt and exposed to gluten. How heartless does this man have to be to sell something so dangerous and doing it knowingly??? I’m just at a loss of words to explain how angry I feel about this situation. I do hope he serves his time for knowingly hurting many people.
