These are THE BEST gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! I am not a huge fan of plain ol’ chocolate chip cookies so my awesome mom kicks these up a notch by adding pecans and oats. YUM!

1/2 lb. real butter
1 c. organic brown sugar
1 Tbls. gluten-free Vanilla
1 c. raw sugar or 3/4 c. agave
2 free-range, organic eggs
2 c. Pamela’s gluten-free pancake and baking mix
2-1/2 c. gluten-free oatmeal
1 Tbls. baking powder
1 tsp. aluminum-free baking soda
1-1/2 cup chopped nuts (I like pecans)
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Use cookie scoop and put on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes

  9. I am a follower and I already love Pamela's products! I definitely plan to spend more time searching this website, but the green beans augratin, the lovely rolls and the pie crust will definitely be sitting on my table this holiday!

  10. I'm a follower … what a site she has! Oh, the sausage rolls and the crepes sound wonderful … but most of the recipes do! I haven't made crepes since we went gluten free … it's going to be a must, now that I have seen this recipe. And our turkey sausage would top those rolls off, perfectly!
