This is delicious on its own or mixed into some Hagen Daas Vanilla Icecream…yum!
2 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. organic brown sugar
1 c. raw sugar
3/4 c. raw or organic milk
1 1/4 c. raw or organic cream
1 1 /4 tsp. gluten-free vanilla extract
*In a saucepan combine sugars, milk and cream. Cook over medium heat until it can be formed into a soft ball between your hands. Take off heat and beat with a hand mixer for 5 minutes. It will become creamy and no longer shiny. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Cool until set and enjoy!
