I like decided to make these cookies with the allspice as it has much more of a holiday flavor. I love the memories of the holidays this taste brings back!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1/2 c. raw or organic butter, softened
2/3 c. agave or brown sugar
1 free-range, organic egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. Pamela’s Baking and Pancake Mix
1/4 tsp. Real Salt
1/2 tsp. ground Allspice
1 1/2 c. gluten-free rolled oats
3/4 c. organic raisins
Don’t forget a dash of Real Salt!
Cream together butter, agave or brown sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Stir dry mixture into the butter mixture. Gently stir in the oats and raisins. Refrigerate dough for 1 hr. or more.
Place cookies two inches apart on a baking sheet. Bake them for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool before moving them. Enjoy!
