Who doesn’t love eggnog? Who doesn’t love sugar cookies? BAM!!! Combine the two and you have perfection! These gluten-free eggnog sugar cookies will fill your mouth with Christmas cheer. Enjoy!
1/2 c. raw or organic butter, softened
1 c. raw sugar
1/2 c. organic eggnog
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. gluten-free vanilla extract
2 3/4 c. Bob’s Red Mill GF All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. xanthan gum
1 tsp. baking soda
*Cream butter and sugar. Add eggnog, and nutmeg. Slowly add flour mix. On a lightly GF floured surface, roll out cookie dough to desired thickness. Cut into Christmas shapes and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.











These sound so good!! Could you use margarine and Silk Soy Nog for these to make them dairy free?
