  1. I love the lights, music, and spending time with friends and family.

I love Jesus and His coming, my son singing Christmas songs, family, the tree, and EVERYTHING!!

  3. I love the general happiness and excitement that is everywhere. Christmas is magical with all the decorations and beautiful hymns.

  4. I love the spirit of giving. I try to give all year long, keep that Christmas spirit. Volunteer, give when people don't expect it….
I also love all the get togethers, when I get to seen my friends more often and see some friends and family I don't normally get to see.

I just wish is wasn't so commercialized, and people didn't feel like they had to give a gift, or had to go to a party….Christmas can be very hard on some people. I wish I could make it easier.

  5. I love everything about the holiday. My favorite thing is probably working downtown in Chicago and seeing all of the holiday lights and decorations.

  6. I love spending extra time with those I love!

  7. I love watching my adult daugher relive all the memories of her childhood Christmases. We're really enjoying all the events this year because next year she will be living FAR away.

I love the cold in the air and seeing friends and family.

  10. I love all the different foods that come out. And I Love how everyone naturally becomes more giving. I wish it was year round!!

  11. I hear so many people moan that they can't have anything good because they are gluten free.
I love the fact that we now have gluten free items to make our traditional Holiday treats.

  12. I love having my family all together. With our parents now gone, it is even more important to continue the traditions they started when we were young and passing them on to the next generation; knowing Mom and Dad are watching over us from above.

  13. I love that we taught our twin daughters that Jesus is the reason for the season. And instead of writing Santa a list of things they want, they write him saying that they will like whatever he brings them :)

I love that everyone has very different holiday traditions. I like to bake many different kinds of cookies and drop them off at friends during the holidays and also find out what their traditions are. That way I learn something new about each friend. Most of my cookies come with a recipe or two so they can make them later…. Chere

  16. This recipe looks amazing—can't wait to try it! I love the lights, decorations, family gatherings and especially the whole reason we do it in the first place!
